&Beyond Baghvan Jungle Lodge
Pench National Park, Madhya Pradesh - India

Often cited as the inspiration for Rudyard Kipling’s Jungle Book, Pench National Park supports a rich variety of wildlife, including tiger, leopard, wild dog, gaur, sambar, chital, wild boar, jackal and over 300 species of birds.

With its open rooftop machans and wooden decks that overlook the shady nullah (dry riverbed), Baghvan Jungle Lodge constantly immerses guests in the sights and sounds of the Indian jungle. Eclectic details like 1950’s fridges, and vintage toy trucks add a quirky touch to this colourful lodge.
